We charge a delivery fee per mile between our storage facility (at 1241 Hawthorne Ave NE, Salem Or) and your location. This helps to cover the cost of our gas, employee drive time, insurance, and wear and tear on our vehicles. Delivery is Free within 5 miles of our warehouse!

In May 2025, when we bought the business, we had to change how we calculate delivery fees. Our costs were significantly higher than previously charged, so we adjusted the delivery fee system to better reflect our actual costs and align with other local companies. The first 5 miles from our Salem warehouse are free, and we charge $5/mile after that.

You can pick up any non-inflatable items, but it can’t be booked online! Please text us at 503-877-2212 to arrange pickup.

A 1-day rental includes 4–10 hours, depending on our delivery schedule. If you need specific times, contact us at 503-877-2212.

We start deliveries at 7 am and go until about 2 pm. You may request a time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We’ll confirm your time a few days before your event.

Pickup is usually in the afternoon, no later than 8 pm. To keep it past that, choose the overnight rental option. If we ask you to keep it overnight, it’s free!

We can set up on flat grass or cement. If your yard is dirt or gravel, let us know in advance. Please clear pet waste and sticks, move cars, trim overhanging trees, and confirm enough space. Text photos of your space to 503-877-2212 if unsure.

We need a dedicated 120v outlet. Some units require two outlets. We bring a 50 ft extension cord; if your location is farther, you’ll need a longer cord or can rent a generator.

For water units, you'll need a hose that reaches the setup spot. Mister heads work well for small kids. We may have spare hoses, but not guaranteed. We’ll go over water needs before delivery.

You must obtain permission and provide proof of liability coverage. You’re responsible for any fines. Call City of Salem Parks in advance and request access to power or rent a generator.

We can set up in light rain but not in heavy rain, wind, or lightning. If unsafe, we’ll contact you and issue a raincheck. No refunds if rain happens after setup. We’ll explain safety steps at delivery.

If it's bookable online, it's available. Some holidays may require overnight rental. We do not set up near fireworks on July 4th.

Yes, we carry commercial liability insurance. You will sign a waiver at booking and delivery. We recommend checking with your homeowner’s insurance if you want extra protection.

If equipment is damaged under your care, we may charge your card. We offer a damage waiver for unintentional damage—but misuse (like silly string or pets) is not covered.

You pay a $20 nonrefundable deposit at booking. We confirm details by text before delivery, then charge the remaining balance. We accept card, exact cash, or checks from schools/churches.

The $20 deposit is nonrefundable but can be applied to a reschedule. Remaining balance is refundable if canceled at least 72 hours before the event.

Yes! It’s $30 extra. We'll pick it up the next day. Please keep dogs inside and turn water off at night if using a slide.

Yes! Every unit is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental. We can accommodate contactless drop-offs upon request.
